What I can tell about myself?

I was born in Vantaa, Finland. it was a cold Wednesday morning at November 1976. I do not remember that day, because it was so long time ago. My family moved to Tuusula, Finland when I was 5 years old. I went to school in Jokela, small town in southern Finland. In 1984 I joined local boy scout group and I was member until I started my military service. In 1993 I joined local volunteer fire department and I gave my services until I moved overseas. In 1996, after High school I spent 8 months in army. Military service is mandatory in Finland for men. That 8 months in Army was an interesting period of time. My job were in military hospital.

During military service I had to start thinking what do I want to do with my life. I decided to study nursing for some weird reason. I studied in Laurea Polytechnic, Vantaa. I spent there extra 1,5 years, because I was working as a paramedic at same time. I did not have enough time for studying. Well, luckily I graduated in 2002. After graduation I worked as a paramedic for 3 months and in emergency department of Hyvinkaa hospital for a year.

2003 was a big year for me. I moved to Sydney and started a new life. It was scary to move overseas by myself. But I survived. I still live in Sydney and I am working in hospitals emergency department a registered nurse.

Why did I move to Sydney from Finland?

I remember cold morning in Finland in early January. I was coming off night duty from Hyvinkaa hospital and I jumped in my car (Opel Kadett -86). My ass was frozen to a seat and I could not ignite my car due freezing temperature. Temperature was -32°C on that morning. On that morning I made my decision to move to a place where is warm.
